Service Description
The Thinking Engine provides an AI-powered data analysis service that synthesizes paid media data from multiple advertising platforms and delivers strategic analysis in the form of executive-ready presentations on a bi-weekly cycle. The service includes AI-driven data processing, human growth operator review, and a compounding knowledge base.
Subscription Terms
The Thinking Engine is offered as a month-to-month subscription. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Billing occurs on a monthly basis, and your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
Data Access & Permissions
To provide the service, you grant The Thinking Engine read-only API access to your designated advertising platform accounts. We will never modify your campaigns, budgets, or settings. You may revoke access at any time through your platform settings. We require that the data you share is accurate and that you have authorization to share it.
Deliverables
Strategic analysis decks are delivered via email on a bi-weekly schedule (or weekly for Enterprise tier). Deliverables are for your internal business use. You may share them within your organization, with your board, or with your advisors. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the deliverables publicly without written permission.
Limitations
The Thinking Engine provides strategic analysis and recommendations based on the data available. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or ROAS improvements. Our recommendations are informed opinions based on data analysis and growth marketing experience — final business decisions remain with you.
Confidentiality
We treat all client data as confidential. We will not disclose your business data, performance metrics, or strategic recommendations to any third party. We may reference anonymized, aggregated insights across our client base for general industry analysis, but never in a way that identifies individual clients.
